How it works;

We will be giving away a Madeit Hamper for Easter and for Mother's Day. This will be featured through emails, across socials and on the website. Each item in the giveaway will be highlighted through posts, imagery and videos. Through the promotion these will link directly to your store.

In our Christmas 2023 promotion we had over 2500 entries, amazing!!

What we are looking for;

All items need to be:

• Valued at $50 or more to be featured in the promotion
• If your item is worth less than $50, you could pop in a set or more than one!
• Items that may be specifically suited to Easter or Mother's Day
• Ideally it is best to submit itmes that you are able to reproduce, we will be generating lots of traffic to your product so you want to be able to sell more than one ⭐️ but it's also ok if it's a one-off.

As this is a high reaching opportunity, we will be selecting stores that have the following;

• High quality & styled images in your store
• Profile picture of you in your store
• Active Social pages (FB & Instagram)

The Details:

• Easter Giveaway: Your items must be received by Madeit HQ (Tweed Heads NSW 2485) by Wednesday 7th February 2024.
• Mother's Day Giveaway: Your items must be received by Madeit HQ (Tweed Heads NSW 2485) by Wednesday 3rd April 2024.
• Share the promotions on your social pages (FB/Instagram)

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all sellers on the Madeit platform.
2. Application: By applying to be featured, sellers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Selection: Items to be featured in the Easter & Mother's Day Giveaway will be selected at the sole discretion of Madeit.
4. Shipping and Handling: The cost of sending the items to Tweed Heads NSW 2485 is to be borne by the seller. All items for the Easter Giveaway must be received by Madeit HQ (Tweed Heads NSW 2485) by Friday 2nd February 2024. All items for the Mother's Day Giveaway must be received by Madeit HQ (Tweed Heads NSW 2485) by Monday 27th March 2024. If necessary, sellers may need to opt for express shipping to meet this deadline, and such express shipping costs will be at the seller's expense.
5. No Compensation: The seller acknowledges that they will receive no monetary or other compensation for their item being featured in the video or for its subsequent giveaway.
6. No Influence on Winner Selection: Sellers cannot have any influence or say in the selection of the giveaway winner. The choice of the winner will be at the sole discretion of Madeit or any third-party designated by Madeit.
7. No Return Policy: The seller understands and agrees that once an item is provided for the unboxing video and giveaway, it will not be returned to them under any circumstances.
8. Marketing Strategy: The seller acknowledges that this giveaway is part of Madeit's marketing strategy and that their participation is voluntary.
9. Rights of Use: By submitting their items for the giveaway, sellers grant Madeit an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works of the featured item and its associated branding in any media now known or later developed, for any Madeit purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotional purposes.
10. Release: Sellers release and hold harmless Madeit, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from their participation in the giveaway.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
