My products don't meet the benchmark - Hand Assembled

We have updated the Madeit Quality Benchmarks and all products on the Madeit platform must comply by 1st November 2023. As part of the new benchmarks it specifies that all products must be handmade not hand-assembled

Step 2

Remove ALL non-compliant products from your store listings by 1st November, 2023

Step 3

Update your product descriptions

Update your product descriptions to include details of your handmade process so Madeit and your customers can clearly understand how your creations are made, making handmade shine ⭐️

Step 4

Review Subscription - 4 options

1 . Stay on the same plan

Once you have removed the items not suited you can simply stay on the same plan ⭐️

2 . Reduce your subscription

If you now have less items and you are on a monthly plan you can adjust yourself.
If you are on an annual plan and need to downgrade your plan please email support@madeit.com.au

3 . Cancel your subscription

If this means your store is no longer suited to the Madeit platform please email support@madeit.com.au and we will pro-rata refund your plan and cancel your subscription.

4 . Holiday mode

If you need more time to update your products, put your store in holiday mode so you have time to adjust your offering without closing your store completely.
