My photos are not working properly
🌟Help! My photos are not correct or changing with variants
We recommend following this process to sync & realign your images in your product listings & variants
Sync Images
- Go to product listings page, Select Action & edit for the listing you wish to action
- Once in your Edit product listing page
- select More Action from the top section then Sync Image. Then Proceed when the pop up box shows
Sync Inventory
- Still in your Edit Product page
- Go to More Action and select Sync Inventory
Reselect Variant Images
- Go to the variant section of your edit product page
- Select Action and edit on any of the variant options
For multiple variants start at the top variant
- Select Change Image
- Select the image to attach - it may be the same image, then save
Repeat this for each variant in listing.
Once you have reselected images for each variant - go back to your product listing & select Save at the bottom.
Check your product listing in your store to ensure the images are correct and transitioning.
Note: Variants don't change when you select photos in the website.
The photos change when variants are selected only.
