My products/store aren't live

Help! I have followed all the instructions, WHY can't I see my store or products?

When the new platform went live, as per email updates (Wednesdays 5pm AEST) we had to disable any stores or products that were not set up as they showed as empty/broken spots on the website.

My products are approved and I can see them in my dashboard, WHY are they not live?

During the migration the one hiccup we could not get around was the images. Although your products look like they have images in the backend, these were the migrated images that need to be updated.

As per email updates, we had to disable all products that were not set up properly in time for launch as they would otherwise show on the website without images.

How to resolve this;

  1. Disable the products that are not showing on the website
  2. Go through each of these products one at a time
  3. Delete the images that are not showing on the website
  4. Add new images to the product
  5. Press save
  6. Ensure you choose a category
  7. Press save
  8. Ensure you have selected shipping
  9. Press save
  10. Enable the product and view in store to check the product is live
  11. Repeat with each product you have disabled

If your products come up with the alert Approval Pending, please contact support@madeit.com.au as we will need to enable these products for you manually.

Remember to also try restarting, refreshing and opening a new browser, it works!

Why can't I see my store?

Stores that were not set up prior to the launch and all products were disabled were set to inactive. As per email updates we could not have empty/broken stores when we went live.

Please contact support@madeit.com.au and we will manually re-activate your store.


What is Approval Pending?

Some products shift to approval pending if they have not been set up properly. Please contact support@madeit.com.au and we will manually enable these products.

We suggest to only duplicate listings that are active and approved. Duplicating from disabled or approval pending listings may require admin support to enable.

🌟Tip: Creating new product listings from scratch can ensure products are approved without needing to contact admin.
