Store policy

Your store policy can be accessed by customers on the 2nd tab under your Store Profile.

There is auto-populated information and the ability to add additional information relevant to your store and business requirements.

In your seller dashboard select Profile, then My Account

Scroll down to the area under Store description - see screenshot below

  • Enter Delivery days - this will show as Ready to ship days
  • Delivery method name - Enter your main method eg Australia Post
  • Delivery time - estimated delivery times
  • Other information - add further information if relevant
  • Other policy - add additional policy information relevant to your store & business eg Refund policy and process.

Remember to Save Changes and review your policy in your store after any changes.
