Upgrade or Downgrade your plan

You're at the payment screen and you want to upgrade or downgrade your membership plan or you've decided to change plans part way through your membership.

What can you do?

Simply select Plans in the top ribbon next to View Profile from any screen.

You will be directed to the available membership plans to select which subscription you wish to change to.

Here is information on the available Membership Plans

Then you can proceed to payment once you've made the change to your subscription

Upgrading an annual plan

If you wish to upgrade an annual plan prior to the annual renewal date please email support@madeit.com.au

  • We will need to cancel your current subscription
  • You log in and select the new upgrade plan and pay the annual fee - this becomes your new renewal date.
  • Email support to confirm you have processed the upgraded plan and we can arrange the pro-rata refund of the previous plan

Upgrading a monthly plan

If you wish to upgrade during the month you can opt to change plans (as shown above in downgrade section) and you will be charged the pro-rata and the new subscription amount at the next payment date.


Downgrading an annual plan

If you wish to downgrade your annual plan you can do this when your next annual subscription is due.

Downgrading your monthly plan


If you wish to downgrade your monthly plan you can do this when your next monthly subscription is due. Please change your plan 1 day prior to the next due date.


I get an error when downgrading a plan

If you have more active products than is allowed in the plan you are downgrading to you will receive an error.

You can resolve this by going to your list of active products and disabling the amount required to meet the active product numbers for desired plan.
