✨ Madeit is much more than a membership. It is an incredible community of amazing Australian artists & crafters! When you join Madeit you have the choice to pay your membership on a monthly or annual basis, each option having its own advantages.


PLEASE NOTE: It is a requirement, that all stores on Madeit have a paid subscription to remain active.

Annual or Monthly Payment

Annual payment

Opting for the annual payment method comes with an attractive benefit of a discount. This can be particularly advantageous for those who are confident in their choice of membership level for the entire year.

Monthly payment

Choosing the monthly payment option offers greater flexibility. This is beneficial for those who might be uncertain about the level of membership they want or might anticipate changes in their needs over time. Monthly payments allow makers to switch plans on a month-to-month basis and may suit those who have fluctuating requirements.



When are memberships charged?


When you first join Madeit you will be provided a 7 day trial period. When this trial period is over your membership will be due. The first payment is required to be processed manually and it is important you pay this when it is due to avoid your account being deactivated.

What you need to do?

  • Login after the trial period ends.
  • Check the current plan is what you wish to proceed with - you can switch plans BEFORE you pay
  • Update card details if required.
  • Ensure the Stripe acct linked to pay your subscription and your Madeit email are the same.
  • Select Pay & Proceed - wait a short time for the payment and account processing to take place. Please do not attempt to pay again. Please contact support@madeit.com.au if you need help.

Annual subscription - you will be charged the annual subscription on the due date with the next membership payment due one year after.

Monthly subscription - you will be charged the monthly subscription on the due date and then each month on this date.


Can I change membership plans?

Annual subscriptions

You can upgrade your annual subscription at any time. You will be charged a prorata amount for the period remaining. If you wish to change to a lower-tier plan you can do this at the end of your current annual subscription period.


Monthly subscriptions

You can upgrade or downgrade your monthly subscription at any time. How do I change plans


Holiday mode

You can switch your store to holiday at any time. Your subscription payments are not paused during this time to allow you to easily switch back to an active store when it suits.

You can downgrade to a lesser monthly plan during holiday mode if you wish (providing you are not exceeding the active product limit in the plan)


Cancel my plan

If you wish to cancel your plan/membership/subscription please email support@madeit.com.au

Prior to emailing please ensure you:

  • have fulfilled all customer orders
  • have saved all information as access is removed & is not retrievable
  • disable all products - they will be removed as part of the cancellation if you have not.
  • understand any unused membership time is not refundable.
