How to Enable Disable and Delete Products

Making changes to your product listings either one-by-one or in bulk is simple.

Follow this step-by-step tutorial to understand the Bulk Action function so you can work through and see your active product listings more easily.

To Enable an Individual product

Approved is when products are enabled and showing in your online store. These products should have categories, shipping, photos, descriptions updated and current.

Disabled is when products are disabled. They will not show in your online store. They will remain in your product list allowing you to edit the listing ready to approve/enable.

Delete is permanent so delete only when you are sure. Tip: Keep a record in an outside source for future reference.

To Enable Individual product

Select 3 dots under Action for the product listing you wish to enable. Then select Enable.

To Enable Multiple Products

Option 1 - select multiple products by ticking the left hand side check box, then select options under bulk action, then Enable selected.

Option 2 - select all by ticking the checkbox at the top of the list. This will select ALL listings on that page, then Select Options under Bulk action, then Enable selected.

To Disable individual product

Select Action then Disable against the product listing you wish to Disable.

To Disable multiple products

Option 1 - select multiple products by ticking the left hand side check box, then Select Options under Bulk Action, then select Disable selected.

Option 2 - select all by ticking the checkbox at the top of the list. This will select ALL listings on that page, then Select Options under Bulk action, then Disable selected.

To Delete an individual product

Select Action then Delete against the product listing you wish to Delete.


To Delete Multiple products

Option 1 - select multiple products by ticking the left hand side check box, then Select Options under Bulk Action, then select Delete selected.

Option 2 - select all by ticking the checkbox at the top of the list. This will select ALL listings on that page, then Select Options under Bulk action, then Delete selected.
