How to duplicate a product listing

Do you have a product listing you want to copy? Let's duplicate it! 💥

There's a few tips when you are Duplicating a product (See troubleshooting below)

🌟 Duplicate only from an approved active product listing

🌟 Remove the Copy of at the start of the title BEFORE you save.

🌟 Ensure the new title is Unique and not an exact copy of another listing

🌟 Your product title forms your product URL so keep to the 6-10 word title requirement

How to Duplicate a product listing

Select the product you wish to duplicate from your product listings.
Ensure it is an approved product
Select 3 dots under Action, then Edit

Select More Action then Duplicate

Rename your product when the pop up box shows up.
Remove 'Copy of' BEFORE you select Duplicate.
Make changes to the Product title to ensure it is unique and not an exact copy of another listing
Your product title forms your product URL - keep the title to 6-10 words as per Product Title requirements

Allow time for your listing to duplicate.
Make changes as required. Refer to How to add a new product listing

Troubleshooting:

🛠 If you duplicate a disabled or approval pending listing you will need to contact support@madeit.com.au for admin to approve, please provide product IDs when emailing support. We would suggest deleting and creating a new product or duplicate from an approved listing.

🛠 If you forget to remove Copy of before saving it means the products URL will have Copy of in the title. You will need to email support@madeit.com.au to correct the URL for you. Please provide the Product ID when emailing support.
